Choosing a wedding celebrant rather than a traditional registrar allows you to have exactly the wedding day you want. By booking Lucy for your service, you can have the vows you want, the music you want and the readings you want. You can have as much or as little religious content as you wish - many of Lucy's brides and grooms choose a pagan or spiritual ceremony. If you and your partner are of different faiths, you can have a blend of your different beliefs.
Whatever you choose, Lucy is here to hold your hand every step of the way, from the initial planning to the big day itself. It's natural that you will feel nervous and anxious but Lucy will convert those nerves into excitement and anticipation through her support and reassurance, so that you can truly enjoy the day.
There's no need to be confined by convention or tradition. Go mad! Be as crazy as you want! If you'd like a wedding with a theme, for example Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, Twilight, Doctor Who, Star Wars or Vikings, it can all be arranged. Lucy has helped couples who asked for all these things, and more.
There are no restrictions with regards to a venue. Outdoors or indoors; barns, hotels, tents or tipees; gardens, on the moors, in the woods; castles, abbeys, or even your own back garden.
Lucy will work with you from the very start to make sure your vows are absolutely perfect. On the day of your wedding, she will arrive early to ensure the venue is 'just right'. She will then meet and greet your guests before ensuring the groom is entirely comfortable and without any last minute nerves. Lucy will also be on hand for her bride for any last minute arrangements and final words of reassurance. The ceremony begins only on the say so of the bride and groom.
From the first meeting to the final "I do", all Lucy's couples know that everything is under control and nothing will go wrong. She will liaise with suppliers, families and venues beforehand to ensure everything runs smoothly.
